Case Study of Young Corporate

Background 

A young corporate professional with all the attributes needed for professional growth in terms of knowledge, skill set and qualifications struggled to position his achievements and create a corresponding perception in the organization. He was perceived as someone who lacked confidence and therefore got overlooked by leadership and missed out on professional growth. This stress spiraled into his marital life causing frequent breakdown and issues in the relationship.

 Action Plan 

Multiple sessions with me led to an understanding of the deep-seated shadows and aspects from his childhood where he was never encouraged to speak up or put across his views to people in authority. Overtime, this developed into a behavior pattern of being unable to express his points of view for the fear of being rebuked and rejected for not knowing enough. 

I addressed this trapped emotion, which always pulled him down. I restored the imbalance in his Energy Centres(Chakras) to bring back his lost confidence followed by tools to manage his emotions ( EFT). These tools slowly made him more confident and led to a world of change in his outlook and approach

Result 

I feel so delighted when I meet him now and find a extremely confident and positive person manifesting recognition at the work front by getting promoted twice in a span of 16 months. His married life is back to where it belonged – a happy place with a foundation of love and care
