She holds certifications in various healing modalities including Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki, Lama Fera, Theta Healing, Tarot Card Reading, Access Bars, Sound Healing, Pranic Healing, and Bach Flower Facilitation (UK registered).

 Purushottam Shard (Shard) is a Life and Transformation Coach with extensive experience as an Army officer and a corporate leader in DuPont and Corteva Agrisciences. An ICF-certified coach and author of "Unbuckle to Buckle," Shard excels in helping young professionals find clarity and achieve personal growth.
